Purpose of the site
- michaelTobia.com is a personal playground for sharing work, prototyping demos, and experimenting with AI/UX ideas.
- The site is not a commercial SaaS offering. Any account you create is strictly meant to access demos that are under active development.
Accounts and access
- You may create an account to try features such as persistent chat or resume editing.
- Accounts can be deleted at any time from within the product or by emailing hello@michaeltobia.com.
- Because these are demos, uptime, data retention, and feature availability are not guaranteed.
User content
- Any prompts, uploads, or text you submit remain yours. You grant Michael Tobia permission to process that content solely to operate the requested feature.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, confidential, or that you do not have the right to share.
No warranties
- All demos are provided “as-is.” There are no promises regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Features may break, reset, or be removed without notice as the portfolio evolves.
Liability
- Given the personal nature of this site, Michael Tobia is not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the demos.
- If a jurisdiction does not allow this limitation, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to probe, reverse engineer, or overload the infrastructure.
- Respect other testers and only use the site for legitimate evaluation purposes.
Changes
- Terms may be updated as the project grows. Continuing to use the site after changes go live means you accept the updated terms.
